At The Bike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
