How are the bikes shipped and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes and are 85% pre-assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. Basic tools and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for all bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do your bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, every bike we sell comes with a full manufacturer warranty. This typically covers the frame for a lifetime and components for 1-2 years against manufacturing defects.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While we are an online store, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a partner shop for professional assembly and safety tuning for an additional fee.
